Brian started in the financial services industry in 2002 and joined Bury Financial Group in July 2006. He received both his bachelor's degree in business administration and Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a Captain of the YSU Track and Cross Country teams. He has his Series 6, 63, 65, 66, and 7 and is an Investment Advisor Representative.
He is involved with Austintown Rotary, as an active member and Past President and a brother of Wick Lodge #481 F. & A.M. Most of his volunteering these days is on the soccer field or basketball court as he coaches and cheers on his kids’ teams.
Past activities include President of the Mahoning Valley Chapter of BNI, President of the MVP 20/30 Club, Board Member of the Mahoning County CASA/GAL (Court Appointed Special Advocate/ Guardian Ad Litem) Program and member of the Man Up Mahoning Valley Steering Committee. Brian also provided his insight as a panelist on the Mahoning Valley Shale and Energy Show on 570 WKBN.
Brian was honored in both 2007 and 2008 with the Mahoning Valley's 40 Under 40 Award*. In 2013, he was awarded MVP status (one of the top three chosen) at the 25 Under 35 Awards*.
He resides in Canfield with his wife, Shanna their two daughters, Quinn & Josie, son, Rory and labradoodle, Daisy.
