Jocelyn works closely with our advisors to ensure a seamless experience for clients. As an integral part of the team, she started in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly advancing to her current role as Client Service Coordinator. Holding a Series 7 license, Jocelyn manages the intricate details of financial documentation, new account opening, and ensures that client requests and tasks are followed up promptly, maintaining trust and reliability. She provides invaluable support to all seven advisors in the office.
Education
A proud graduate of Kent State University, Jocelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, graduating cum laude in 2017 with a minor in Public Relations. Her academic achievements laid a strong foundation for her professional career, where her communication skills and attention to detail shine through in every task she undertakes.
Community Involvement
Residing in Austintown, OH, Jocelyn and her husband, Ronnie are deeply rooted in the Mahoning Valley where they were born and raised. The couple married at St. Christine's Church, where they are active members and participate in the Renewal Teams, contributing to their community's spiritual life.
Personal Life
Outside of work, Jocelyn and Ronnie love to travel and explore new places, whether it's hiking scenic trails, visiting serene lakes, trying out new restaurants, or discovering famous sites. Jocelyn is known for her detail-oriented, disciplined, and goal-oriented nature, which is evident in her hobbies that include Cricut crafts, attending concerts, and exercising. Dedicated to her family, Jocelyn enjoys spending quality time with her parents and three younger siblings.
