Kelly is dedicated to enhancing the client experience by providing personalized support to our advisors. She specializes in handling administrative and logistical tasks, organizing client events, enhancing client engagement and understands the importance of strong relationships.
Education & Credentials
With a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Mount Union College (2004) and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University (2009), Kelly brings a strong educational and professional foundation to her role. She has been a key part of the Bury Financial Group team since 2007, starting as Office Manager, then becoming Director of Operations & Client Experience in 2013 and now Vice President of Operations. She is a certified Notary Public (Ohio). Her extensive experience has honed her skills in organizing financial documentation and client communications with precision.
Community Involvement
Kelly has always felt called to help others. Her commitment to community service is evident through her roles as a board member and Past President for Alta Care Group, a lector for St. Michael Parish in Canfield, and a Sustainer for The Junior League of Akron. These roles reflect her dedication to making a positive impact and her leadership within the community. Early on in her career, Kelly’s involvement in the local young professionals’ group and participation in a bocce league led her to meeting Todd and Brian—as they say, the rest is history!
Personal Life
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kelly delights in time that she gets to spend with her husband, John and their Westie/Chihuahua mix, Mylo. Most Saturday mornings, you will find them on the trail or buzzing around town for errands or to grab a quick bite to eat. She values quality time with family and embraces new experiences with enthusiasm. Her personal interests in travel and culinary adventures, combined with her dedication to community service, enrich her life and contribute to her holistic approach to both work and personal endeavors.
